Thank you to Locklyn Guzman of Apple Acres for sharing "Thunder" with us. "Thunder" came to Blue Heaven at 10 weeks of age and has matured into everything we had hoped for. We wanted to bring some "new blood" into our breeding program yet still have a pedigree that linebred with ours. "Thunder " was the perfect answer.

He has a beautiful pedigree full or ROM's. He is sired by Ch Apple Acres Chain Lightening and out of the WB from the 2003 ASSA Nationals CH Apple Acres Blue Chelan. His littermate Apple Acres Motion Picture "Disney" won 1st in the Open Black Bitch class at the 2006 ASSA Nationals. His pedigree is full of proven producers and Specialty/ Nationals winners.

And there is no doubt in my mind that he himself will become and ROM.

Tyra finished at 11 months of age in 13 shows and at her first show as a special she went BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW and at her second Specialty show as a Special she again repeated her BEST IN SPECIALTY SHOW. We expect great things from this little biblack bitch!! She also has all Breed BB and Group 2 !!!! She now has 6 Best In Specialty show wins at 20 months of age. AND in 2009 at the ASSA Nationals she won a Coveted Award of Merit!! Thank you to judge Guy Jeavons!!

Another daughter Blue Heavens Amazing Grace currently has 3 points from the puppy class and placed 2nd in the 9-12 AOAC class at the 2007 ASSA Nationals.

Another daughter Blue Heavens String of Pearls has 9 points and a Major and a Best In Sweeps Puppy at 14 months of age.

His son CH Vinita's Iceman of Blue Heaven WON 1st in the 12-18 AOAC dog class at the 2009 ASSA Nationals. Thank you to judge Dorothy Christiansen. "Iceman" finished with 2 Specialty Majors

His daughter BISS CH Blue Heavens Moonstruck "Cher" won 2nd in the Novice bitch class at the 2009 ASSA Nationals. Thank you to judge Glenda Henson. "Cher" finished with 10 points in 24 hours including a BISS!! She finished with THREE specialty Majors and a Best In Specialty Show.

His daughter Blue Heavens Nothern Lites "Nora" owned by Karen Hase placed 3rd in the Open Black bitch class at the 2009 ASSA Nationals .

It was a GREAT year for Thunder kids at the 2009 ASSA Nationals!!
